Two killed in Mont Blanc glider crash

A pilot and his passenger were killed on Wednesday after crashing on the Italian side of Mont Blanc.

The glider plane they were travelling in crashed at an altitude of 2,500 meters, Ansa reported.

Rescuers are working to recover the bodies, which are on the Prè de Bar glacier in Val Ferret, Courmayeur, in Italy's Aosta Valley region, the news agency said.
