Toddler crushed to death by a TV set

A four-year old boy was killed after a television fell on him, Italian media reported.
The boy was alone in the living room of his home in the Campania region when the accident happened, while his father was having a bath, Il Secolo XIX reported.
Despite rushing back into the living room after hearing a sudden crash, the man was too late to save his son, whose ribcage had been crushed.
The toddler was immediately rushed to hospital, in the town of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, but died in the ambulance.
