I'd just like to give a shout out to the app called TaxiClick Easy which is available in Bologna. Using it, I don't miss Uber or Lyft at all. It's quick, efficient, and yes, easy. I realise it's not available in other places in Italy, but good to know that a home-grown app like this can be just as helpful.
